In a rapidly changing and increasingly complex world, leadership demands more than just technical expertise. To be successful and resilient, leaders must develop interdisciplinary competencies – particularly in interpersonal skills, agility, and self-efficacy. Coaching provides a dedicated space to strengthen these capabilities, fostering deep reflection and personal growth.

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, five of the top ten skills essential for the workforce are directly linked to self-efficacy and collaboration – including resilience, flexibility & agility, motivation & self-awareness, empathy & active listening, as well as curiosity & lifelong learning.

While cognitive skills such as analytical and creative thinking remain important, the differentiating Faktor lies in human intuition. Unlike machines, human input does not always lead to predictable outcomes. Our ability to adapt, connect, and make decisions under uncertainty is what makes leadership uniquely human. Studies (e.g., Weber, Elizabeth) highlight the fundamental psychological needs for connection, autonomy, competence, and social integration as key drivers for growth and development.

About Hogan

Hogan is globally recognized as one of the most trusted and respected providers of personality assessments. These tools deliver data-driven insights to predict leadership effectiveness, highlight development areas, and ensure alignment between individuals and organizational culture.

Hogan Assessments evaluate three key dimensions of personality:

  1. Everyday Strengths – How leaders typically behave in professional settings
  2. Potential Derailers – Behavioral tendencies that may emerge under stress
  3. Core Values & Drivers – What motivates individuals and influences their decision-making.

By integrating Hogan Assessments into leadership development, organizations foster stronger, more self-aware leaders who bring both competence and humanity to their roles—where people and purpose drive profit and performance.

Scientifically Proven & Globally Recognized

Backed by decades of scientific research, Hogan Assessments are rooted in the Five-Faktor Model of Personality, one of the most widely accepted frameworks in modern personality psychology. They have been rigorously tested and continuously refined over several decades, ensuring scientific validity and reliability. Hogan Assessments are based on global and country-specific norms, compliant with EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and AGG (General Equal Treatment Act) regulations, and meet the strict quality standards of DIN 33430 for psychological assessments.

Founded in 1987, Hogan is now used in over 50 countries worldwide, making it one of the most trusted tools for leadership development and talent assessment.

What Makes Hogan Assessments Unique?

Unlike most personality assessments that measure self-perception, Hogan Assessments evaluate how others perceive an individual in a professional context. By assessing around 30 dimensions and 130 subscales, they provide deep insights into the three key layers of personality, particularly in the workplace and leadership roles.
